New this Year: Optional Pre-Conference Training

This year, you have the exclusive opportunity to participate in a free training session on November 18th, the day before the conference officially begins. This event will provide valuable best practices and practical skills to enhance your use of Vantaca. 

• Administrative: For all levels—our beginner track covers essential tools and techniques to streamline your administrative tasks, while the mastery track will dive deeper into action item rules and building out your own custom action items. 
• Accounting: From foundational principles to advanced financial production and year-end reporting best practices, this track is perfect for those looking to deepen their accounting knowledge and skills.

The 2024 Vantys: Celebrating Excellence in Community Association Management

Submit a Vanty Nomination 

Submit your company's Best Action Item nomination with a video highlighting its impact. These videos will be showcased at the conference, where attendees will vote. The winner will be announced after the Final Round, earning exciting prizes and recognition.  

Need help with your video? We're offering assistance throughout August to ensure your submission is top-notch. 

Nomination Details & Guidelines 

• Digital format. 
• Original works or appropriately credited. 
• Videos should not exceed 3 minutes. 
• Multiple entries allowed, but each requires a separate submission. 
• Adhere to our content guidelines (no offensive or explicit material).
