Meet Our Team
In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of our company, our executive team members stand out as leaders in the industry and the community at large.
As CEO, Ben's focus has been to build a successful company with a thriving culture that improves the lives and businesses of Vantaca's customers. Ben has been a member of Vantaca's leadership team since 2017, serving in various executive-level strategy and operational positions. Before Vantaca, Ben spent nearly a decade as a submarine officer and nuclear engineer in the U.S. Navy where he successfully led sailors on operational deployments around the globe. Ben holds a BS in Economics from the U.S. Naval Academy.
Having joined Vantaca as Chief Strategy Officer in 2024, Tom is a seasoned software executive with an extensive track record building and scaling SaaS businesses. For nearly a decade, Tom served as CEO of Blue Sombrero, a market-leading youth sports management platform, where he guided the company through successful exits in 2012 and again in 2019. Tom joined mobile startup MOJO Sports in 2021, where he was responsible for developing the company’s go-to-market strategy and building out its sales, customer success, support, and partnership teams, with the business ultimately being acquired in December 2023. Tom is a graduate of the Moody School of Communications at the University of Texas.
Jeff joined Vantaca in June 2023 and is responsible for the software development, quality assurance, and development operations teams. Jeff has held software engineering leadership roles at several leading private equity-backed software companies, including Raptor Technologies and Centralsquare Technologies where he focused on client growth, product scale, engineering maturity and merger and acquisition activity. Jeff graduated from College of Charleston with a BS in Mathematics.
Robert joined Vantaca as Chief Financial Officer in 2022. Robert has held finance leadership roles at leading public market and private equity-backed software companies, including Benefitfocus (BNFT) and Stack Sports, where he scaled high-performing finance teams during periods of rapid growth. Earlier in his career, Robert worked in finance at Amazon (AMZN) and as an analyst at the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Robert graduated from the University of Kansas with a BA in Economics and earned an MBA from the Penn State University Smeal College of Business.
Will joined Vantaca in 2022. In his first year with the company he worked across all departments to ensure a thoughtful, aligned approach to corporate growth was ingrained in day-to-day operations. Since the summer of 2023, Will has led the sales organization and enabled Vantaca to delight hundreds of new customers throughout the country. Prior to Vantaca, Will worked at Collett Capital, a real estate private equity firm based in Charlotte where he was involved in all aspects of the investment and fundraising process. During his tenure, the firm grew its acquisition and development portfolio from less than $50 million to nearly $400 million. Prior to Collett Capital, Will worked at Deutsche Bank in New York City in the Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging and Leisure investment banking group. At Deutsche Bank, Will assisted in M&A and equity capital markets advisory in addition to underwriting corporate term loans and bond offerings. Will graduated cum laude from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania where he attained a BS in Economics with a concentration in Finance.
Marina joined Vantaca as Chief Marketing Officer in October 2023 to lead company’s go-to-market strategy and optimize its revenue engine. Marina is an experienced marketing leader with an entrepreneurial edge and a talent for building effective marketing operations. Prior to joining Vantaca, Marina held Marketing leadership roles at three Washington DC-based SaaS companies: Cloud Generation, Capitol Canary and Higher Logic. She also ran her own consultancy, Playbook Lab, where she helped companies integrate, align and maximize performance of their revenue teams. Marina graduated from the University of Maryland with a BS in Business Administration and holds a master’s degree in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University.
With more than 10 years of experience in the HOA management industry, Lauren has been with Vantaca since its inception. She is passionate about and excels at improving processes, coaching employees, and project management — all of which make her a valuable asset to the Vantaca team. Lauren's focus is leading a team responsible for the successful onboarding of the Vantaca platform and ensuring a strong partnership and continued success for Vantaca’s clients. She holds a BS in Business Administration from UNCW.
Lisa is responsible for overseeing the people and culture strategy for Vantaca. A seasoned human resources leader, Lisa has guided companies through successful HR strategies to land and retain the best talent, driving critical culture and leadership initiatives. She brings nearly two decades of experience in roles ranging from founder and entrepreneur to senior leader and culture change agent at companies like Corning, Alcami, and hundreds of consulting clients across industries. Lisa’s global human resources experience has helped scale and transform the company. She is a graduate of Penn State University from the School of Labor and Employment Relations.
With experience as a COO of an association management company servicing 400 associations and more than 50,000 homeowners, Greg identifies and builds strategic partnerships that expands Vantaca’s reach and impact across the industry. He has been instrumental in the design and development of Vantaca, and his influence and input continues to help the organization deliver a best-in-class software solution to the association management industry. Greg holds a B.S. in Accounting from Saint Michael's College in Vermont.
Dave founded Vantaca after successfully growing one of the largest community association management companies in the country. The motivation behind Vantaca was to create a software solution that met all the management company’s needs, was on the leading edge of industry trends, integrated with other innovative software solutions, and valued customer experience. Dave’s success in both leading Vantaca and other property management-based businesses is due to his focus on building high-performance teams driven to achieve monumental success. Dave holds a BEE in Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Duke University.
