Maegan also serves as President of the Alliance of Community Association Management Chief Executive Officers (ACAM-CEO), where she builds meaningful connections and champions initiatives that drive growth and elevate professional standards. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science from Metropolitan State University in Denver, CO, which underpins her understanding of people and the organizations they support.

Previously, Josh led system integrations and lockbox implementations at the National Cooperative Bank, serving as a technical liaison and managing advanced troubleshooting. He also held roles at Fifth Third Bank in systems operations and business analysis, focusing on process improvement and system enhancements.
